Patient Aorta LCSI graduated from the Computer Science Department at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. I worked with Prof. John C. Hart in the Computer Graphics Group. My thesis research is computation and analysis of the Lagrangian Coherent Structures (LCS), from the back-end (memory efficient GPU algorithm) to the front-end (robust surface construction and consistent rendering). Therefore, I am a GPU guy, a parallel computing guy, a Graphics/Visualization guy, and a fluid dynamics guy, on the paper. From the inside of my heart, I am still the young guy before PhD, who is good at coding and interested in all kinds of algorithms.
I passed my Prelim (thesis proposal) on December 10th, 2014, and my expected graduation date is in Spring 2016. I am looking for a job with both challenges and impacts. Do not want to waste my skills : -)
I passed my Final Exam (thesis defense) on March 11th, 2016, and I will join Google in May. Thank every recruiter!
